Meeting Slide Decks
The STARC Meeting in February 2026 has the Officer election results and the results on the Constitution and Bylaw changes. Also included are the W1AW/1 results for the first round of Vermont’s turn in the rotation.

The STARC Meeting in April 2026 has the standard agenda lineup and introduces the program.
Programs
The April 2026 program was DMR Basics. This is a DMR basics class to get an idea of the structure of DMR radio programming and how they interact with repeaters. I hope this clears up some confusion with DMR and the terms it uses.
