STARC has been informed of the passing of Morris Belisle, KC1FBT. Morris was an active member of STARC. He was an avid CB enthusiast who decided to make his way into the world of Amateur Radio by getting his Technician license in 2016. Mo enjoyed using his HT’s and mobile radios with IRLP to talk with other hams throughout the world.
